How to play DOOM?
- DOOM is a touch-friendly classic shooter: move, aim, and fire through demon-filled corridors while searching for keys, ammo, and exits 😎. Follow the steps below to start playing like a real DOOM Slayer.
- Launch and Choose a Campaign
- Open the game and pick a difficulty (Hurt Me Plenty is a good start). Select the main campaign episode to jump straight into the action.
- Learn the Controls
- Use the left side of the screen to move your marine, and the right side to aim and look around. Tap the fire button to shoot; other on-screen buttons handle weapon switching and interactions.
- Grab Weapons and Ammo
- Walk over guns, ammo, health, and armor to auto-pick them up. Switch between weapons to save strong ammo (like rockets) for tougher demons and crowded rooms.
- Open Doors and Use Switches
- Tap the action/use button near doors, switches, and key-locked panels. Colored doors need matching keycards or skull keys, so explore side paths to find them.
- Fight Smart, Not Just Fast
- Strafe left and right to dodge fireballs, keep some distance from melee demons, and use corners for cover. Lure enemies into groups, then blast them with explosives for huge damage 😏.
- Find the Exit and Secrets
- Check the auto-map to see explored areas and missed corners. Reach the exit switch to finish the level, and keep an eye out for hidden walls, secret rooms, and power-ups to make the next stage easier.
