- Take Customer Orders
- Tap the waiting customer, read the order ticket, and press the checkmark ✅. The ticket shows rice type, fillings, toppings, cutting style, and drink choice. The ticket auto‑clips above the sushi line for easy reference.
- Cook the Sushi Rice
- Go to the Cook Station. Tap an empty pot, add rice and water, then watch the meter. When the indicator enters the green zone, tap to stop cooking. Overcooked or undercooked rice lowers the Cook Score, so time it carefully ⏱️.
