How to play Pirates Outlaws?
- Basic Idea
- Choose a hero, create a deck, and sail from node to node on the map. In battles, play cards using ammo, defend with armor, and survive waves of enemies until the final boss ⚔️.
- Start a New Run
- From the main menu, pick a game mode and select a hero. Each hero has unique stats and a starting deck. Confirm to enter the map screen and begin the expedition.
- Read the Map
- Tap on nodes to see what’s ahead: battles, events, taverns, or markets 🗺️. Plan a route that balances fights, healing spots, and chances to earn coins and cards.
- Play Cards in Battle
- On your turn, check your ammo and energy. Tap a card to preview, then tap again to play it. Use attack cards to damage enemies and defense cards to gain armor and block hits.
- Manage Ammo and HP
- Some cards consume ammo; reload cards or actions restore it 🔫. Keep an eye on HP—if it reaches zero, the run ends. Use healing events and taverns before tough fights.
- Upgrade and Build Your Deck
- After battles, choose one of several reward cards or skip if it doesn’t fit your strategy. At markets, spend coins to buy powerful cards, relics, or upgrades for your favorite ones.
- Beat Bosses and Unlock Content
- Each map ends with a boss that tests your deck and timing 💣. Defeating bosses grants reputation and resources to unlock new heroes, maps, and cards for future runs.
