How to play Temple Run 2?
- Basic Idea
- Swipe and tilt to keep the runner alive while escaping the monster 🐒. Avoid obstacles, collect coins, use power-ups, and try to beat the best distance.
- Start a Run
- Tap the play button to begin. The character starts running automatically, so focus on reacting to the path and obstacles ahead.
- Learn the Swipes
- Swipe left or right to turn at corners, swipe up to jump over gaps or fire traps, and swipe down to slide under barriers. Practice timing so moves happen just before the obstacle.
- Use Tilt for Coins
- Tilt the device left or right to move across the lane and grab coin lines. Tilting also helps avoid rocks and broken paths without needing to swipe.
- Watch Out for Special Sections
- In zip-line parts, tilt to catch more coins. In mine carts, tilt to choose the right track and avoid crashing. Always look ahead for arrows and track splits.
- Activate Power-Ups
- Pick up power-up icons like shields, coin magnets, or speed boosts. Some heroes have special abilities; tap the ability button when the energy bar is full for a short powerful effect.
